FREE SHIPPING: ARTWORK

We offer free shipping on all artworks sent both within the UK and Internationally.

Artworks are packaged and shipped according to museum standards and recommendations, so we’re confident they will reach you in excellent condition.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: OBJECTS OF DESIRE

For all items purchased from our Objects Of Desire ceramics and sculpture collections, we charge a flat rate of £4.95 for shipping within the UK.

Due to the prohibitive cost of shipping fragile items, we do not currently offer International shipping on Objects of Desire.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

All orders will be prepared for dispatch during our gallery opening times (Tuesday - Friday). Please allow 2-4 days for dispatch.

We will send you shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Once you’ve received that confirmation, the shipping times for your package are as follows:

Shipping time for the UK: 2 - 4 business days

Shipping time for the EU: 2 - 11 business days

Shipping time for Rest of World: 3 - 17 business days

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING THE EU)

Please note that for orders sent outside of the UK you are responsible for payment of all import taxes and duties.

The gallery cannot be held liable for any shipping delays caused by customs delays.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@galleryathome.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

We take great care when packaging and shipping your artworks. However, please do inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at hello@galleryathome.co.uk within 24 hours if the item is damaged so we can evaluate the issue and find a resolution.

If you’d like to return your order, please contact us at hello@galleryathome.co.uk within 7 days of receiving it to request a full refund. Please include your order number in all correspondence.

Returned items will need to be sent safely to the following address within 14 days of receiving them. They will need to be returned in their original packaging and sent via a signed-for postal service.

The cost of returning the items to the gallery is at your expense and all goods remain your responsibility until we have safely received them.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
